- On-chain Data: Transactions involving USDM are recorded on public blockchains. Blockchain addresses and transaction data are publicly available and are not controlled by us.

- Service Providers & Issuer: We receive information from the stablecoin issuer (Brale Inc.), payment providers, identity-verification vendors, and other service providers used to deliver the Services.

We use the information collected to:
- Provide Services: Process transactions, mint and redeem USDM, manage accounts, and deliver customer support.
- Verify & Comply: Verify your identity and comply with applicable laws, including AML, KYC, and sanctions-screening obligations.

- Communicate: Send important updates, security alerts, or promotional materials (you can opt out of non-essential communications).
